Food:
The dishes will consist of locally produced vegetables (some from our own garden)
and meat from animals who have enjoyed a free life in the surrounding wilderness;
such as moose and reindeer, and trout/char from the lake of the retreat.
Vegan meals will be provided for those who pre-order it.
Relax and Unwind:
Screen-free policy – Treat yourself to a screen-free retreat, let go, and experience the weekend with full attendance.
Phones are handed in on arrival and returned on their way home.
Your relatives will receive a number before departure that they can call if needed.
Emergency phone is available at the lodge.
Transport:
Transport from Mora Station is included.
Pick-up 14.00 Mora station,
drop-off 13.15 Mora station.
Prerequisites:
No prior knowledge is required for this experience.
Alcohol-free event:
For maximum recovery, this is an alcohol-free event.
We want you to come home with new energy in both body and soul.

We have clear security procedures to make you feel safe.
Photos:
We will photograph and immortalize the experience.
The pictures will be sent to you after the retreat. You can also bring your own camera if you wish.
If you do not want to be in the picture, just let us know.
Hygiene:
Experience a shower the old-fashioned way by heating water in the sauna stove or take a dip in the crystal clear lake.
We have outdoor toilets. There is no electricity or running water.
We take our drinking water from a nearby spring, which has better water than any tap water you could imagine.
Pack list:
1-2 months in advance, we will send out more detailed information such as directions, tips on what to pack etc.
Just let us know if you want the information earlier.
Booking terms & payment:
At the time of booking, you only pay the booking fee, which is 25% of the total amount.
The booking fee is non-refundable. You pay the remaining amount no later than 30 days before arrival.
When you have paid this amount, a booking confirmation will be sent to you.

If the booking is made within 30 days of the arrival date, the full amount is paid immediately.
You must pay the price invoiced for your booking, plus or minus any changes to taxes or other unforeseen costs that occur.
Payment is made to us within the dates shown on the invoice/confirmation.
What happens if I don't pay on time?
If you do not pay the booking fee on time, we have the right to cancel your booking.
If you miss the final payment of the booking, it counts as a cancellation on your part.
What about cancellation?
You can cancel your stay at no extra cost up to 30 days before arrival (except the booking fee which is binding upon booking).
If canceled later than 30 days before arrival, we retain 100% of the value of the booking.
Exceptions apply if a sick certificate is presented.
Please note that your cancellation is not valid until you have received written confirmation from us.
