Whats included:

  • 5 nights in magical Navardalen wilderness lodge, and 2 nights in the forest.

  • Survival skills: how to build a fire from scratch, how to safely build a shelter, how to make a fire using a firesteel, how to filter and purify water, identifying edible plants (when the season allows) and other useful resources, finding safe water sources, how to handle wildlife encounters, how to signal for help, what to do if you get lost, different ways of cooking over the fire.

  • Self-cultivation: Ice bath, sauna, Nordic wilderness spa, meditation.

  • Nature knowledge: Flora and fauna.

  • Connection with yourself, your ancestors, and with the natural world. Learn how to really tune in to the forest. Rewilding of self.

  • Hiking, enough space and free-time to reflect in the stillness of the wilderness.

  • Optional activities: fishing, hiking, swimming in the lake or exploring it by canoe, row-boat or paddle board.

  • Meals from high quality, ecological and local produce. Meat from wild animals who have lived free in the surrounding area. (Three meals per full day and one meal with snacks for the first and last day).
