Reconnect with your soul,
on this primal winter retreat

ice & fire

Immerse yourself in the total silence of the Nordic winter while learning about survival and self-mastery in this 5 day adventure.
David Björk will share his knowledge on how to survive in the wild, as well as how to reconnect with nature, with your ancestors and with yourself. The skills taught in this retreat are valuable knowledge for anyone who spends - or wants to spend - time in snow covered wilderness. Learn how to make a fire in deep snow, how to catch fish on an ice covered lake, go on a snowshoe hike, and enjoy the sauna after bathing in the frozen lake.

You will also learn how to master your own mind - not only essential in a survival situation, but also for every day life. Dive into discomfort to strengthen and discipline yourself. Ice baths, sauna and meditation, along with enough time to rest, reflect and reconnect - to become more in tune with yourself and the natural world.

We are without phones during the entire retreat, and therefore relieved from the normal stress of society. This opens a new world for us; one that was taken for granted not long ago, but which can be difficult to even imagine today. Removing the distractions, we are together to face whatever arises as we tune in to the natural world and our own inner realms.

The traditional Swedish meals will consist of animals that have been living wild and free in the surrounding wilderness, bought from local hunters and fishermen. Served together with locally grown vegetables.

Groups are exclusively small for enhanced connection.

The retreat is suitable for both men and women, and for beginners.
Shuttle between Arlanda airport and the lodge is included.
