Here, we invite you to explore ancestral ways of life by learning the timeless skills that humans have relied on since the dawn of time. 8 days fully embraced by nature.
A screen-free experience that opens the space to fully experience the forest — without distractions, stress, or connection to the outside world. Just us, the birds in the trees, the fish in the lake, and the occasional moose and bears roaming the surrounding woods.

This is our ultimate experience,
with enough time to truly immerse yourself in the natural environment and grow a deep relationship with the forest. You will learn the essential skills needed for surviving in the wild — how to live close to nature and move through it with awareness and respect.

During these immersive days, practical knowledge is woven through lived experience in the wild. You will master the elements while engaging in traditional Nordic practices such as cold plunge and sauna— offered as complementary parts of life in the wild. Enjoy two nights in the forest and five nights in the lodge, creating the perfect balance between adventure and recovery.

Between the guided activities, there will be plenty of time to experience the forest at your own pace. Relax in the traditional wood-heated sauna, swim in the lake, walk through the woods, or take a canoe or row-boat out to fish for wild char and trout.

The retreat is suitable for both men and women, and for beginners.
