A screen-free experience that opens the gates to the true magic of the forest. No distractions. No stress. No connection to the outside world. Just us, the birds in the trees, the fish in the lake, and the occasional moose and bears that roam the surrounding woods.

This is our ultimate experience,
with enough time to truly reconnect and to feel the forest. Learn all the basic skills that you need for surviving in the wild. Learn how to be one with the natural world. Master the elements as you cultivate yourself through ice bath, sauna, and the Nordic Wilderness Spa. Enjoy two nights in the woods, and five nights in the lodge – for the perfect balance between adventure and relaxation.

Between the courses there will be plenty of time to feel into the forest. Enjoy our traditional wood heated sauna, a swim in the lake, a walk in the woods or take a canoe or a row-boat out to catch some wild char and trout.



The retreat is suitable for both men and women, and for beginners.
