Deep within the Nordic wilderness, in an area isolated for so long
that the local language - Elfdalian - bears more resemblance to the language spoken by the Vikings, than it does to modern Swedish. A timeless place where it’s not uncommon to still see runes carved onto old barns. What other location would be a better fit,

Surrounded by mysterious troll forests and misty mountains lies the magical wilderness lodge of Navardalen. A place so enchanted - as if it had been taken straight out of a fairy tale.

7 days embraced by nature. Learn how to survive in the wild, and how to be one with the natural world. A screen-free experience that opens the gates to the true magic of the forest. No distractions. No stress. No connection to the outside world. Just us, the birds in the trees, the fish in the lake, and the occasional moose and bears that roam the surrounding woods.

Between the courses there will be plenty of time to feel into the forest. Enjoy our traditional wood heated sauna, a swim in the lake, a walk in the woods or take a canoe out to catch some fish.



The retreat is suitable for both men and women, and for beginners.
